1. Shake Rag Alley, Mineral Point
Regional arts center is seeking additional fiction/nonfiction writing instructors for this coming summer (and running into the fall as well). Most workshops are held on weekends, but weekday evening classes (e.g., one evening a week for an eight-week period) also have drawn good attendance. Course content, dates and times are negotiable.
For an example of the center's programming, check out the spring classes at http://www.ShakeRagAlley.com. A printed catalog also is available.
If you are interested in applying, please send a brief bio, course description, proposed dates, and fees (per student, per hour, or per course; the center is flexible) to Judith Sutcliffe at e-mail: electype@netexpress.net.
She will also respond to any questions you may have about teaching there.
