"As a Public Relations Specialist, your work will be focused on developing and executing statewide media programs and communications campaigns - and assisting with our statewide media relations program. Our ideal candidate must excel and have experience in all aspects of media buying/planning, communications strategy, implementation and media measurement/evaluation. Candidates must demonstrate a thorough understanding of Wisconsin’s media market, advertising and marketing fundamentals and have prior experience with communications planning and program development. Additionally, we’re looking for someone with the technical skills to support our team’s growing use of Web 2.0 and social media applications such as Facebook, YouTube and Twitter"
